You’ll learn: How to identify the highest-value customer to focus on first How to sharpen your message so your marketing works harder Which channels give the best return when budgets are tight How to create simple, consistent content without burning out Where to spend (and where not to) when every dollar counts How to create a focused action plan you can implement immediately You’ll leave with clarity, confidence and a realistic marketing plan that fits your budget, and your businessPresented by: Lucy Mortimer With over 12 years of industry experience, Lucy is a marketing strategist known for her holistic approach to building brands that last. She specialises in strategy, marketing psychology and designing customer journeys that don’t just sell, they resonate. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Communications and Public Relations, which she completed in just 18 months. Her focus is always on long-term success over short-term hype, helping businesses develop smart, sustainable marketing strategies that align with their goals and audience behaviour. When she's not providing marketing support to business owners, you'll find her reading marketing books, exploring AI tools, or finding new ways to upskill.
