Seniors morning tea and chat
Morning tea for seniors. Connect, chat & learn about supports. Join us for a friendly and relaxed morning tea designed for seniors. This is a welcoming space to meet others, have a chat, and enjoy some light refreshments. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with local organisations and learn about services, programs, and supports available in your community. Sessions may include organisations such as Seniors Enquiry Line, Services Australia (Financial Information Service), Live Up, and Advance Care Planning Australia, offering information, guidance, and practical support to help you stay informed and independent. Whether you’re looking to connect socially, learn what’s available locally, or simply enjoy a cuppa and conversation, everyone is welcome.
Community Immunisation Clinic - Carindale
Brisbane City Council provides free vaccinations to eligible residents (aged from 6 weeks and above) through our community immunisation clinics. Immunisation helps protect people against diseases such as influenza, measles, whooping cough, polio and tetanus. Take a look at Immunisation Schedule Queensland for advice about when you should be vaccinated. Providing a free immunisation service is another way Council is helping deliver Brisbane Vision 2031.
