Bands in Parks: Concours D'Elegance

MoB Kids: Remix your Brissy

Bands in Parks performs at McPherson Park. Lutwyche Brass band will entertain the crowds at monthly Train Day. There will be market stalls and sausage sizzles so treat the kids to a ride on a real steam train organised by the Bracken Ridge Central Lions club.
MoB Kids: City Sculptures

Clock Tower Tour
Discover the hidden secrets of your heritage-listed City Hall building with a guided tour of Brisbane’s iconic Clock Tower. The Clock Tower Tour is a “must do” while in Brisbane! For many years, City Hall’s Clock Tower elevated the building to Brisbane’s tallest, offering visitors a magnificent 360 degree view of the city around them. Whilst the view has changed significantly over the last 90 years, the time-honoured tradition of “taking a trip up the tower” happily continues at Museum of Brisbane. The Clock Tower Tour includes a ride in one of Brisbane’s oldest working cage lifts, a look behind Australia’s largest analogue clock faces and time to explore the observation platform that shares a unique perspective of your city. Take a free volunteer guided walk to learn about the plants and features at Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha. Our volunteer guides all have a love for Brisbane’s Botanic Gardens and a desire to share their passion and knowledge with visitors. Walking tours for individuals and small groups (up to ten people) are free and do not require a booking. Have a larger group? Find out more about booking walks for groups 10 or more in size. Meeting point: Meet at the Mt Coot-tha Visitor Information Centre. Walk duration: Walks last about one hour and are taken at a gentle pace. The QUBE Effect Triffid Residency
Join this year’s The QUBE Effect finalists as part of their annual residency in The Triffid Garden with free live music each Sunday during June. Balmoral Art Month - Sketching in the cemetery
Friends of Balmoral Cemetery, and tutor Jennifer Hall, present a Sketching in the Cemetery event. Meet at the top shelter, turning just past the Memorial Wall. Wear safe footwear, hat and walking pole. Bring your own water, clipboard, chair or rug. Bring your own art equipment if required but paper and pencils are provided. All skill levels welcome.

Returning in 2026 for their first Australian headline run since 2017, prepare to witness American metal titans Motionless In White in all their dissonant glory next June, heading to arenas in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane joined by special guests Make Them Suffer and Currents. Hailing from Scranton, Pennsylvania and forming in the mid 2000s, Motionless In White are in command of over one billion cumulative streams and views to date, along with four consecutive Top 5 album debuts on the Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums chart and Top Rock Albums chart, via 2014's Reincarnate, 2017's Graveyard Shift, 2019's Disguise and, most recently, 2022's Scoring The End Of The World.
