Come and enjoy the Cathedral Square city markets, every Thursday. We may be smaller in size, but don’t think for a minute that Cathedral Square doesn’t pack a punch. With a bigger focus on street eats, this picturesque market is the perfect place for a quick or leisurely lunch (although, we definitely recommend the latter… hello picnic blankets and live music! Nestled in the beautiful City Botanic Gardens, our market is the perfect Sunday escape. Discover a vibrant mix of arts and crafts stalls, sip on freshly brewed coffee, and treat yourself to delicious croissants, pancakes, and a wide variety of international food delights. Spend the day wandering through the market and gardens, relaxing in the park, and enjoying live music while the kids play. It’s the perfect way to unwind and soak up the Sunday atmosphere. Inala Multicultural Festival
The Inala Multicultural Festival is a free, one-day-only celebration for families across our local community and beyond. Held at the Dogs Queensland in Durack, the event brings together vibrant cultural performances, free rides, incredible food from around the world and a diverse mix of community and market stalls. Proudly run by Inala Community House, the festival is a true reflection of the community it celebrates. Inala is one of Brisbane’s most culturally rich suburbs, home to people from many backgrounds, each contributing to a strong sense of identity, connection and pride. Created to be a safe, inclusive and welcoming space, the festival gives the community a chance to come together, share culture and celebrate diversity.
