Sherwood Arboretum guided walk

Sherwood Arboretum, established in 1925, is Brisbane’s only botanic garden dedicated exclusively to growing Australian native trees. The Arboretum holds scientific and cultural values with many of the original plantings undertaken by prominent citizens of Brisbane. The guided walk will be led by the Volunteer Guides of the Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha and the Friends of Sherwood Arboretum. Requirements: Wear a hat, enclosed walking shoes, and be sure to bring a water bottle and sunscreen. Meeting point: Meet at the shelter adjacent to the main carpark off Jolimont Street, Sherwood. Age: Open to all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Note: Walks may be subject to environmental conditions and guide capacity on the day.

Get ready to kickstart the school holidays with an electrifying 55-minute K‑Pop dance spectacular that brings the colour, energy and infectious joy of K‑Pop culture to the stage of Brisbane City Hall. Featuring talented performers from Brisbane’s very own K‑Pop dance community, this high-energy show is inspired by a hit blockbuster K‑Pop kids movie and packed with everything families love about the genre. Kids are invited to dress up as their favourite K‑Pop star, learn cool new dance moves, and sing along to the music. This is the ultimate school holiday event everyone will be talking about!
