About This Event
Gathering present Weaving with Kyara. Kyara Hourigan is a proud Bundjalung, Mununjali, Kamilaroi and Mandandanji woman whose weaving practice was passed down through her mother. Working with raffia and traditional Lomandra grass, her work included baskets, art and jewellery.Weave your own bookmark with Kyara from 12 noon to 1pm at the Queen Street Mall stage on Wednesday 26 August.
