Daffodil Day Cold Water Plunge
We are back for the 2026 Daffodil Day Dip... Who's in?Take a cold dip through all of August to raise funds for cancer research. Do it to honour those who have been lost to cancer, and those beautiful friends and family who have faced cancer with courage, strength, and grace. Each cold dip is about being brave - pushing through the discomfort, standing together, and reminding ourselves we're not alone.Dress in your best yellow and bring a plate to share for morning tea.If you've lost someone. If you're walking alongside someone. If you want to honour, remember, or simply stand with others who understand - this is for you.We dip together. We support each other. We send love far and wide. For more information or to donate, visit the Daffodil Day website or view the Facebook event.
Aqua yoga
This is a low impact form of exercise that supports the body while still providing function and movement. Many yoga poses that you do in a class can be adapted for the pool, sometimes using the pool walls as if it were the studio floor.
