1-Hour Javalri Sensory Sound Bath

Step into deep relaxation with guided breathwork, gentle movement and sound healing frequencies in an immersive, air-conditioned space at the Brisbane Botanical Gardens Mt. Coot-tha. No experience needed! Simply arrive, relax and reset. Arrival & Welcome When you arrive at the Brisbane Botanical Gardens, you’ll be warmly greeted by your facilitators and guided into a peaceful, air-conditioned indoor space designed for sensory immersion. The room features calming ambient lighting and subtle soundscapes to help you immediately unwind. Yoga mats are provided, and no additional equipment is required. Just wear comfortable clothing and settle in. Gentle Movement, Breathwork & Meditation Techniques Your journey begins with gentle somatic movement to release physical tension and help you feel grounded in your body. These movements are slow, accessible and suitable for all abilities — no fitness or flexibility required. As the body softens, guided breathwork and integrated meditation techniques help regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind and deepen your sense of presence. Sound Bath with Light Reiki You’ll then lie comfortably on your mat for the sound bath experience. Crystal singing bowls, chimes and harmonic instruments create soothing vibrational frequencies that encourage deep relaxation and emotional balance. Light Reiki may be offered for those who wish to receive it, supporting calm, grounding and energetic integration throughout the session. Closing & Integration As the session gently concludes, you’ll be guided back to wakefulness and invited to notice how your body and mind feel. You’re welcome to spend time afterward enjoying the Botanical Gardens at your own pace, allowing the benefits of the experience to settle naturally. Who This Experience Is For This sensory wellness experience is designed for anyone seeking stress relief, relaxation and a nervous system reset. Whether you’re a curious beginner, a busy professional or a traveller needing a calm pause between adventures. Everything is fully guided, all equipment is provided, and no prior experience is required. Simply arrive, unwind and reset.
