Calling all makers and creators! Don't miss out on this fun family activity using upcycled materials for hands-on crafting and construction. Let your imagination go wild! Experiment with upcycled materials building your own wildlife-bridge model and get crafty creating camouflage to disguise a large-scale display model. Join this unique family workshop for a creative look at nearby Compton Road wildlife crossing, linking Karawatha Forest Park and Kuraby Bushlands. This activity is for the general public. If you are a daycare or vacation group interested in attending a similar activity, send an email. Requirements on the day: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for registration.Wear secure, fully enclosed shoes and sun-smart clothing suitable for messy play and craft.Bring snacks and drinking water in a re-usable bottle, as there are no food outlets on site. You might like to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy after the workshop.Note: This activity will take place indoors. Activities are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.
