Bookings essential. Enjoy a low‑impact water‑based cross‑training session delivered without music. The class uses basic Auslan, is easy to follow, and suitable for all abilities. Everyone is welcome.
Requirements
Swimwear and a towel. First‑time participants should arrive 15 minutes early to complete the pre‑exercise questionnaire.
